We have been covering this topic from quite some time now and it has been 2 years since the first iPad has launched. Lets me put lighter on the current market situation about the iPad Application Development and iPad Game Development with number if apps and games available in the market. There is always one question that has been moving along after the first iPad has been launched and that is why the app or game market is not increasing with such speed compared to iPhone apps or game market? What is that which is blocking the development or converting ideas for apps or games from getting into App Store?

Since the launch of iPad, iPad Application Development and iPad Game Development has been the fields satisfying the hunger of the demand for creating apps and games for the big screen. When Apple launched iPad we all thought it is going to take over the market and that more apps will be available of iPad then of iPhone in short time. Well, but that didn't happen and somehow we still see low number of apps or games made for iPad then compare to iPhone. We know the same thing happened to honeycomb OS and Android Tablets but again, the question is why? Why so low amount of apps or games, when the same SDK and developers are used for iPhone and create million apps?

May be the reason is in the number of units sold, which is of course lower then of iPhone, but does that has to anything with the conversion of the idea to reality for iPad? It offers big screen and good graphics. I think the problem is in the mobility of the device. I have used it for quite some time now, and trust me it is not that good carrying it everywhere along with you. Picking up calls sometimes feels that it's been little bit more showoff then needed to get your iPad everywhere just so that you do not miss your call, I prefer something which fits to my pocket more then to having a note everywhere with me. May be this is what some people might be feeling and stopping themselves to buy one and thus restricting iPad Application Development and iPad Game Development, due to less sales because of less devices.
