Are you satisfied with your sex life? If you’ve been married for any length of time your answer might be “no”. Our sex lives need to be mixed up once in a while. Otherwise we fall into a sexual rut. A boring and uneventful sex life leads to unhappiness with your partner and sometimes causes people to break up.
Some people try to spice up their sex lives, trying new positions or even playing roles in the bedroom. It’s been said the average married couple has sex about once a week. On the other end of the scale it’s been reported that between 15 to 20% of couples don’t have sex at all.
Many couples struggle to keep the passion alive in the bedroom. Others simply give up after time and that’s when cheating on your partner can come into play. Without physical intimacy the marriage can fail.
Before deciding to have an affair you should consider trying to spice things up. Sex toys, taking a shower together, whip cream, scented oils and erotic massages are just a few ideas to try. Try slowing down also. Lots of foreplay, touching each other and lots of kissing before engaging in the sexual act.
If everything has failed but you still want or have to stay together you may be considering having an affair. I’m not here to advise you against it. That is something you will need to decide – right or wrong. If you are considering an affair you would be well advised to keep it discreet and secret.
There are many websites out there offering resources for problems in the bedroom. Mateys World is a website that offers free bedroom tips and advice on relationships and also covers the topic of marital affairs and cheating in depth and other matters beyond the bedroom.
When it comes to affairs they advise to meet a stranger, not someone you know as you would run the risk of getting caught. They also provide links to online and discreet services designed for people seeking affairs.
Yes it’s true that our sexual needs are a large part of ourselves. Deciding what is right for you is your decision and your decision only. And, when you’re involved in a relationship it can get more complicated. Should you be selfish and only worry about your own sexual desires or should you be considerate of your partner and try to make it work in the bedroom? All people are different and only you can decide.
