To the Authors: Terms of Our Service

Attention! Dear contributors

As we receive submission of more than 300 articles a day, it become quite difficult to check all of the submissions in a day. For this reason, we would like to set some rules to make us easier to maintain a certain quility of this directory. This is the third revision since April, 2009 and is done on January 29, 2012 effective on the same date. We have added some new categories to make easier for the visitors as well as for the contributors.

At the same time, we have changed our policy in some respect and that includes payment for the monthly charge of submitting us more than 6 articles a day. Please refer to the sentences written a few lines below after "Anyone who wish to submit" for the detail.

To cut down our load to minimum, we will delete articles that match the samples listed HERE. Those samples are well known as "bad articles" or "badly formatted articles" or "articles with ill intention", and won't do any good for the SEO purpose as well. Besides, it is disturbing to read.

Anyone who wish to submit more than 6 articles (6 and over articles) a day and/or to have priority publication to our directory so that your new article would be on site within 30 hours of your submission, you are expected to pay $10 monthly to support us.

Should you submit more than 6 articles a day without monthly subscription, we simply delete your article and your registration from database.

We have back log of a few days worth for the time being. So, it may take 3 to 7 days, but not assured, till your recent submission goes on site. And this duration may be longer. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
(Details are under the PayPal button. We won't charge anything as far as you stay sending 0 to 5 articles a day, 150 articles monthly. And of course if you stand with the duration.)

When you make payment, make sure that you pay with same name you use on this site. Otherwise, we cannot identify you. Or you can inform your payment and your name on this site by writing us to webmaster@nippomac.info. We will promote your article(s) following the terms listed below:

You will be on 10 mail magazines consecutively. (We send out 2 mai lmags a week. That makes that you will be on the mail mags for one month)
Those 10 mail mags will be sent out to the list every 2-4 days, depending upon the situation.
You can designate the articles that you wish to be introduced on the mailing.
Should there be other applicants other than you, we will put the most recent applicants on the top.
We will rotate the articles by putting the bottom one to the top at the following mailing thereby pushing down the followings.
Should there be less than 10 mailing during one month, your previlidge of mailing will be extended to the following months until the number of mailing satisfies 10 times.
The size of the mailing list: It will go over 10,000 mailing addresses within current month (as of December, 2011) and current open rate is 0.4%.

We have been taking full effort to process your submission within the same date. But it becomes harder day by day because of increasing number of submission. We appreciate for your contribution.

There are people who takes it for granted that they can submit any kind of and any number of articles as they wish. Since we offer free service, it solely depends on you, contributors to follow certain manner to have equal chance in using our service.

1. You agree that you are the original author of each article you submit. If you have hired a ghost writer, you agree that you have exclusive rights to each article you submit.

2. There are no guarantees that your articles will be accepted for publication in our directory. It is at our sole discretion whether or not to include your articles. If published, we reserve the right to remove any articles at any time.

3. We reserve the right to choose a more suitable category for your articles if we find them to be classified wrong.

4. By submitting your articles to NippoMac.info, you agree to allow us to:

Publish your article on NippoMac.info and any of its article directory partners.

Publish your article in RSS format for other websites to syndicate.

Publish your article in our real time, daily, or weekly newsletters.

5. You agree that ArticleDashboard.com is a free service for authors and publishers. You will not be paid for submitting your articles to our sites and you will not be paid if and when your articles are published. You will receive all credit for your work and your resource box will be left in place.

6. You agree to not include any affiliate links in the body of your article. If you are trying to promote an affiliate program, please set up your own domain and link to it in your resource box.

7. NippoMac.info may at any time translate your article into various languages for our sister sites. Your article will remain complete with your resource box.

8. We reserve the right to change these terms of service at any time. We will generally notify the community of changes via our site blog.

9. We reserve the right to include advertising on pages with your articles.

Publisher Terms of Service

1. You must not remove "Article Source: http://www.NippoMac.info" from each article you choose to publish.

2. You must respect the copyright of each author whose articles you wish to publish. This includes but is not limited to 1. resource box, 2. any links provided by the author.

3. You must not change, edit, or reword any part of any article not written by you.

4. You must agree to keep hyperlinks "live" so that users can click on said link and be taken to it's destination.

5. You agree to never use any articles obtained from Nippomac.info in any form of spam or onsolicited mail.

6. You agree to not publish any articles on sites that contain hate, racist, warez, porn, or any other illegal material.

7. You agree to never sell any article obtained from our directory without written consent from the author. This includes selling articles individually or in a compilation.

You agree to not hold NippoMac.info liable for the accuracy of any article on the site or on any partner sites. NippoMac.info is simply a hub for authors and publishers to meet. If you have an issue with someone stealing your original work, please contact us and we will remove the article in question immediately.

Bad articles, Badly formatted articles, Articles with ill intention samples

The articles that have TAG attached: As you see a sample below, those tag or whatever you call it should not be seen by the audiences. Do you copy your article from MS word? If so, you should paste it once to NotePad, then copy it again to paste onto the submission page. We delete this kind of articles that have "<!--". The repeating of this will result in the deletion of your membership.

The articles that don't carry matching title, summary, and keywords: We delete the membership of the author right away. Our software will delete all of the articles that had been submitted previously as well. <<Reason>>This kind of setting will twist readers' mind and it require our time to correctly categorize them. The title of below sample does not match to the keyword and summary and the article. Yes, the article has matching title. But the thing is that this author tries to insert "moncler" and "jackets outlet" in the sentences that describe something on finacial matter.

Category revisions: We have added following categories:

If you look at the categories, you'll see that there are categories with "+" mark and "&" mark. "+" means that the both category names connected can be bound together but they are mutually indepenedent.

"&" means that the both cateogry names are mutually related and they are dependent each other.

We have added "Office" to "Business" as the equal partner each other. "Business" includes such subject as; Business administration, business model, human resources but excludes concrete business practices such as "marketing", "sales", "advertising".
"Office" includes the office environment, office location, or office concept and etc that do not have concrete objects.
"Office equipments" should be under "Tools+Equipments" (a new category succeeding; "Tools & Supply")

We have added "Communication" as a new category. This category includes all things that relate to communication; walkie-talkie, wireless radio transmission, international phone call, Skype including other online chat but excluding communication that is established on the assumption of human relation. That should be classified under "Business" for they can be business communication or, under "Human relation" for they can be the dispute between family.

We have revised "Tools & Supply" to "Tools+Equipment". Tools and Equipments are mutually independent. The previous articles under "Tools & Supply" will remain here.

We have assigned new category "Material+Supply". If you are to talk about materials for manufacturing, construction or any other goods that are concrete, classify your article under this heading. Yes, such energy resources as "oil", "coal" and such can be classified here. "Supply" includes most of consumables including the stationaries and office supply

We have added "Shipping +Moving" category to handle articles on business as well as personal transportation.
